If your order isn’t the perfect fit, we’ll work with you to exchange or return the item with minimal stress. Our priority is helping you find the right solution—so you can move forward with confidence.
Restocking Fees
To maintain the premium quality of our products, all returned units are carefully inspected, refinished, and repacked before being restocked. A standard 25% restocking and refinishing fee applies.
If a product is returned in less-than-ideal condition, a higher restocking fee—up to 50%—may be applied. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Items Not Covered by Return Policy
Some items fall outside the scope of our 30-day return window due to their custom nature. These include:

- Custom Modifications & Add-ons: Includes drilled holes, added hardware, or other spec-based changes.
- Made-to-Order Products: Units manufactured to your specific configuration.
