Scope of Coverage
This limited lifetime product warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Armodilo Display Solutions Inc. (“Armodilo”) exclusively for original Armodilo products (“Products”).
What's Covered?
This Warranty applies solely to the original user of the Product who purchases it for personal use from Armodilo or an authorized retailer. It covers any defects in material or workmanship in the Product upon delivery in new condition and in its original packaging. Your exclusive remedy under this Warranty is the repair or replacement of the Product, at Armodilo’s discretion, as outlined in the return process below.
Duration of Coverage
The Warranty period spans the entire life of the Product, not that of the user. While our Products are engineered to endure prolonged use, wear and tear are inevitable, especially on moving parts. Depending on usage and care, all products will exhibit varying degrees of wear over time. It's essential to assess whether your Product qualifies for coverage under this Warranty; if it has reached the end of its useful life, it may be time for a replacement.
Outdoor Coating Exemption
For Products with our new Outdoor Coating, the Warranty duration is limited to one year from the date of purchase. This special coating, designed for outdoor use, enhances durability but requires a shorter Warranty period due to exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
What's Not Covered?
This Warranty does not apply to damages caused by: (a) failure of electrical components or accessories; (b) accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse; (c) unauthorized modification or alteration; (d) extreme environmental conditions; or (e) servicing by unauthorized individuals. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including cosmetic imperfections, are not covered.
Your Responsibilities
To avail Warranty service, ensure your claim complies with the terms outlined herein and follow proper return procedures. Contact an authorized Armodilo service center or refer to our customer support contact information. Upon approval, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for shipping the Product back to us.
When returning the Product, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Package the Product securely in its original packaging or packaging providing equivalent protection to withstand shipment hazards.
- Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the packaging for easy identification.
- Include a copy of the sales invoice within the package to verify the original purchase from Armodilo or an authorized retailer.
Failure to comply with these shipping requirements may result in delays or denial of Warranty service.
Upon receipt of your Product, we'll proceed with the necessary repairs or replacements as outlined in our Warranty terms.

Applicable Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any claims arising under this Warranty shall be exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
Exclusions
This Warranty excludes damages caused by Airlines or Commercial Carriers. If damage occurs during transit by an Airline or Commercial Carrier, you must file a claim directly with them.
