30-Day No-Hassle Returns
Our products have been produced to the highest quality standards and are tested and reviewed multiple times before shipment. If you feel you need to return a product, we offer a 30-Day No-Hassle Return Policy, simply contact your Customer Service Representative within 30 days of the receipt of your product(s) and if you fall within the eligibility of the policy, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which we will need to make your exchange or return.
All returned products are inspected carefully, refinished and repacked and are therefore subject to a 15% refinishing and restocking fee. We review each returned order individually once it’s received and reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee, up to 50% based on the condition of the units when they arrive at our warehouse. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs.

- Custom modifications and add-ons
- Units with custom modifications
- AURA (units are made to order)
- ALUR (units are made to order)
- Xero (units are made to order)
